Yes, you can find a list of our retailers under the “Stores” tab. You may search by city or by brand in order to see the stores that our brands are currently present in.

 

·   HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ITEMS?

Can be paid by using KNET, Credit Card, PayPal Or Cash on Delivery.

·   WHAT METHOD IS USED FOR SHIPPING?

              All packages are shipped via our drivers, DHL, FedEx, or ARAMEX depending on your Area.

 

·   HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM?

·    I EMAILED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT A RESPONSE?

We aim to respond to all e-mails and inquiries within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches/public holidays.

 

·    I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@unioninternationalco.com with your inquiry and a representative will reach out to you within 48 hours.

 

·   DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However, by setting up an account, you will become an HOB VIP member and will be among the first to receive information about new launches, discounts, and more. You be added to our email list to also receive exclusive updates in the future.

 

·   I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To reset your password, go to homeofbeauty.com, go to log in and click on “Forgot your password?” above the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password as normal.
